Server/Waitstaff

Role and Responsibilities

·Greet customers upon entrance

·Prepare dining tables by arranging condiments, kitchenware and decorations

·Help patrons select dishes by answering questions about foods and drinks, 

        describing house specialties and identifying appropriate drink pairings

·Take orders to kitchen staff and notify them of any special requests or dietary needs

·Deliver food to guests in a timely manner and attend to the needs of guests 

        throughout the dining process

·Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking.

·Up-sell appetizers and drinks

·Issue bills and obtain payment

Bartender

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Greet customers and answer questions.
  • Alert servers when tables are in need of attention.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
  • Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
  • Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
Line Cook

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes

  • Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen

  • Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards

  • Work with team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed

  • Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant

Prep Cook/Dishwasher

Job responsibilities:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment

Restock items as needed throughout the shift

Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
